This unit is not some previously unknown CED player and will only play LaserFilm discs which are made of photographic film. Long time subscribers may remember a posting way back in CED Digest Vol.1 No. 5 when a company had 700 of these players for $39 each. That issue also contains quite a bit of additional info on the LaserFilm format:
