Paul Wright spent 28 years at RCA Corp., rising to the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning and Development in 1985. After the merger with GE, he went to work at Fairchild Industries, rising to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer.
The President has named Paul E. Wright a member of the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC). Paul Wright is chairman of Chrysler Technologies Corporation (CTC), the aerospace and defense electronics arm of the Chrysler Corporation. He was president and chief operating officer of Fairchild Industries prior to joining CTC. Mr. Wright guided the company's focus toward spacecraft, defense electronics, and selected industrial products. Mr. Wright spent 28 years with RCA Corporation, during which time he rose to senior vice president. He was responsible for developing and administrating the strategic plans for RCA.

In 1988, Paul Wright was named Chairman and CEO of Chrysler Technologies; he served in that capacity until his retirement in 1996.
