Appointment of Arnold J. Holland as a director of business affairs for RCA "SelectaVision" VideoDiscs was announced today by Seth M. Willenson, division vice president, programs and business affairs.
In his new capacity, Mr. Holland will be in charge of negotiating and preparing contracts for video disc software acquisitions.
Prior to joining RCA, he was director of business affairs for Capitol Records in Hollywood, California.
Mr. Holland holds an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree, also from the University of Pennsylvania.
He is a native New Yorker who lives in Westport, Connecticut with his wife, Carol and two sons, Sky and Jesse.
